Pay School Fees Online

School District 23 offers the option of paying for school fees and some field trips online. 

Here is your Step-by-Step Process for online registration:

Please follow these steps to get registered.  Any questions, give us a call at school.

1.      Go to the School Cash Online website at https://centralokanagan.schoolcashonline.com/

2.      Click on “Get Started Today”.

3.      Register yourself here – phone number, address and email.

4.      Enter your password and security question.

5.      A confirmation email will be sent to you.  Click on the link in the email and it will take you back to the website.

6.      Sign-in with your email address and password.

7.      Now select your school “Quigley Elementary”.

8.      Search for your child by their name and birthdate.

9.      Confirm your student, and your relationship to the student.

10. You will now have the option to add another student (even if they are at a different school – ie, SMS).

Payments can be made online by direct-debit or credit cards.

Hint:  if you are having trouble signing on - please try a different internet browser, that seems to be the fix!
